Death Before Dishonor

These Rules of Engagement must be adhered to by all members of the 224th at all times. Failure to do so will result in courtmartial and dismissal from this squadron.

1. Only CD-Stock or Stock Add On aircraft are allowed..NO MODIFIED AIRCRAFT

2. All members must have a LEGAL copy of Combat Flight Simulator 2

3. At no time will members of this squadron shoot an aircraft that has its gear down..gear down is the international signal of surrender and will be honored by the 224th..nor will any member of this squadron shoot down an aircraft on final landing approach.

4. Exceptions to Rule 3 is but one..the aircraft makes a hostile move towards you or a wingman on your team.

5. Members must attend at minimum one training flight per two week period or they will be removed from the Squadron Roster.

6. A voice communication program such as Roger Wilco or Battlecom should be used on all League Flights...typing takes too long and locks the controls of the aircraft.

7. League matches will be flown in the F4U-1A Corsair CD Stock aircraft. This is our primary airframe although checkouts on other aircraft are available through the training staff.

8. Obey the flight leader's commands at all times.

9. All Personel are subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Any violation will result in the proper corrective action
